A Night of Poetry with Terrance Hayes Thursday, February 2, at 7 pm At Sewickley Academy the Gregg Theater Award-winning poet Terrance Hayes is the author of Wind in a Box, Hip Logic, and Muscular Music. His book, Lighthead, won the 2010 National Book Award. His other honors include a Whiting Writers Award, the Kate Tufts Discovery Award, a National Poetry Series award, a Pushcart Prize, two Best American Poetry selections, and a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship. He is a currently a professor of creative writing at Carnegie Mellon University.
